目的：３歳児をもつ母親の「趣味」に着目し，育児ストレスとの関連を明らかにすることである。<br>方法：Ａ県内Ｂ市において３歳児健康診査者の母親に対して，基本属性，育児の相談者，趣味の有無と内容，育児ストレスに関して無記名自記式の質問紙調査を実施した。有効回答の得られた348人の母親を分析対象とし，育児ストレスの感じ方を従属変数とした二項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。<br>結果：育児ストレスを感じている者は64.7％，趣味がある者は71.8％であった。趣味の内容としては「家族（子ども）との外出」「友人との交流や外出」「買物」の順に多かった。３歳児をもつ母親の育児ストレス緩和に関連する要因は，趣味があること，子どもの数が増えることであった。また，既婚の場合，育児ストレスを感じていることが示された。<br>結論：子育て中の母親へ趣味をもつことの働きかけは，育児ストレスの緩和に貢献すると考える。

保健師が認識する学童期の発達障がい児支援の必要性

目的：本研究の目的は，学童期の発達障がい児支援の必要性について保健師の認識を明らかにすることである．方法：市町村保健師を対象とした自記式質問紙調査を実施した．「保健師による学童期の発達障がい児の支援は必要だと思いますか」という問いに「はい」と回答し，その理由を記載していた85名の自由記述を，質的帰納的研究法で分析した．結果：発達障がい児の学童期支援が必要と思う保健師は，支援が必要となる背景として，『学童期に新たなニードが現れることがある』『学校外の支援者が必要である』『多職種が連携した支援が必要である』と認識していた．そして発達障がい児の『親・家族支援によって児の発達を助ける』ことや，『地域での育ちを保障する』ことを支援の目的と保健師は認識していた．結論：発達障がいを持つ児の地域での育ちを保障するという長期的な視点で保健師による発達障がい児への学童期支援の必要性が示唆された．
