<p>リンドウこぶ症の原因と考えられるリンドウこぶ症関連ウイルス（<i>Gentian Kobu-sho-associated virus </i>:GKaV）の伝搬経路の解明に資するため，リンドウこぶ症発生圃場において，外観調査によるこぶ症発生株の分布とRT-PCR 検定によるGKaV 感染株の分布について比較した．その結果，GKaV 感染株はこぶ症の外観症状を呈する株と同様に圃場の畦畔際に分布し，その傾向はほぼ一致した．このことから，GKaV 感染の拡大はこぶ症発生株の分布拡大と同様に畦畔際から進むことが示唆された．また，圃場内の一部では外観調査とGKaV の分布調査で結果が一致しない区画が認められた．外観症状は認められなかったものの，GKaV の感染が認められた区画の多くは，こぶ症発生株が認められた区画や畦畔に隣接しており，今後発症する可能性があると考えられた．</p>
