    「自己調整学習」とは学習者自律へのカギとなる要素である。本研究では日本人高校生の「自己調整学習」を構成している概念を探求し、自己調整学習の観点からどのようなタイプの学習者が存在するかを明らかにした。内的要因が複雑に絡み合った多面的な高校生英語学習者像が明らかになり、自律した学習者の育成のためには教師が生徒のレディネスと内的要因を把握し、積極的かつ慎重に介入していく必要があるという教育的示唆を得た。
